  I had Harvey Norman replace the water cooler in my desk computer, so off it went through the repair process.
  The day it came back, the cooler was fixed, but the graphics card had been switched out for an earlier (read: poorer) model.
  Their response was I had no proof it had been switched (even though the name of the original one was printed on the box it arrived in and on a sticker which remains stuck to the chassis today).
  
  Were they trying to spite me for using my warranty?
  
  Pictures:
  The GPU written on the sticker has two fans. It's the red one.
  Notice the one now in the computer only has one fan and is much smaller. Likewise, it has half the memory space.

  We purchased a laptop for our son for his birthday....it became obvious it wouldn't do what we expected it to do for him. We contacted the store and were able to bring it back and exchange for a more suitable one. Handled professionally by the staff.
