CHANEL

My daughter had her makeup applied at Chanel Carindale yesterday for a ball she was attending. It was her third visit to this store. The first was not good and the second was complimentary to make up for the first bad experience. Yesterday we arrived at the store and were not greeted. There was three employees in the store and one other customer. When we approached an employee who was cleaning and explained we had an appointment and told us someone would be with us soon. My daugthers appointment was booked for two and at 2:40 I approached the employee who was tidying and asked if I could confirm the time of our booking was two and not three and she said that was correct. I told her she was being picked up and we would nee to leave the store just after three, She said she would get someone to look after us. Another employee came from out the back and said it wouldn;t be a problem to leave just after three. To sum it up we got out of the shop just after 4, the women had no idea of time managment and did not seem to undestand we the stress she was causing us. On top of this she had no idea of colours and would not put the colour eye shadow on my daughter wanted, even though it was sitting in her pallet as she said it would be too much like another brands makeup?? That one left me baffled as I am pretty sure all the products in the store are Chanel. The service just went from bad to worse. We will not go back and suggest if anyone plans on going there to have makup applied to look else where.
