  Terrible customer service. The air heads working there have no idea what good customer service means. Shopped there once: terrible. Gave them a second chance and shopped there again: terrible. I'll never shop there again. Side note- I went upstairs to surf dive and ski, and not only did they have the item I was after cheaper but their service was excellent. City Beach Carindale: you suck.
